Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order an edit from Cutin24. Ordering means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if something here is unclear, email us before you order and we’ll answer in plain language.

The service is operated by Cutin24 (“we”, “us”). The fastest way to reach a human is hello@cutin24.com — we answer every email. Full registered business details are available on request at that address.

01

What we do

We edit vertical (9:16) short-form video from footage you supply. One order buys one finished edit, up to 60 seconds unless you buy a length add-on, delivered as a 1080×1920 MP4.

Two other services are quoted separately and are not covered by the $99 order flow: AI-generated video, and productions where we cast and direct talent on your behalf. Each is agreed in writing before work begins.

02

Ordering and payment

You order on the site without an account. Payment is taken up front through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices on the site are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you.

The price you see at checkout is the price. We do not add charges afterwards. If your footage turns out to need work you did not buy, we tell you and quote it — we never bill you for it silently.

03

What you have to give us — and what you promise about it

After payment you upload your footage. We can only start once we have usable footage and the two required brief fields (what the hook is, and what the video is about).

This clause matters more than it looks. By uploading, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use the footage, the music and any brand assets in it, and that every identifiable person appearing or speaking in it has agreed to their appearance being edited and published for your intended use. We do not verify this, and we rely on it. If a claim reaches us because that was not true, you cover it.

04

Turnaround, and what happens if we are late

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. The 12-hour rush is a paid add-on, not the default.

The clock starts when your upload finishes and the brief is complete, not when you pay. If we ask you a blocking question, the clock pauses until you answer.

If we miss the deadline, you choose: keep the edit and pay nothing for it, or take a full refund. That is the whole remedy for lateness — we do not pay consequential losses, such as a missed campaign or ad spend.

We may also decline or pause an order if capacity for the day is full. If we decline, you are refunded in full and nothing else is owed either way.

05

Revisions and the satisfaction guarantee

One revision round is included. A revision is notes on the cut we delivered — timing, captions, music, trims, ordering. A different concept, different footage or a different script is a new edit, not a revision.

If you are not happy with the delivered cut, tell us within 7 days and we will either re-edit it once or refund you in full, at your choice. Once you have asked for a refund, the edit may not be used or published. The guarantee covers our work; it does not cover footage that cannot carry the video you wanted.

06

Who owns the finished video

You do. On full payment, the finished edit is yours for organic and paid use, with no time limit and no territory limit. You do not need our permission to run it as an ad.

We keep a licence to the footage and the edit only to the extent we need it to do the work, deliver it and keep backups for the retention period in our privacy policy.

We do not use your video as a sample unless you say yes. Consent is asked for separately, per video, and can be withdrawn — after which we remove it from our site and marketing within a reasonable time.

What stays ours: our templates, presets, caption styles, tooling and anything we built before or outside your order.

07

AI-generated video

A $99 edit is cut by a person. Our AI video service is a separate, deliberately ordered product, and we tell you which parts of the output were AI-generated.

Where you publish AI-generated material, the platform’s disclosure rules are yours to meet. We give you what you need to label it; we cannot label it on your channel for you.

08

Work we will not take

We decline material that is unlawful, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or incites violence against a person or group, and anything that misrepresents a real person’s words or actions in a way designed to deceive.

We also decline claims we can see are false — medical or financial promises without any basis. We are not your compliance department, but we will not knowingly cut a lie.

If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.

09

How long we keep your files

Source footage is deleted 30 days after delivery. The finished edit stays downloadable for 90 days, then it is deleted too. Download and keep your own copy — we are not your archive.

Ask us earlier and we delete earlier. Details are in the privacy policy.

10

Limits of our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Beyond that, our total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profit, lost ad performance, or losses caused by footage or claims you supplied.

11

Changes, law and how to reach us

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered, and this page shows the date it last changed.
